MENTORING PROGRAM FOR PROFESSIONAL FACILITATOR CERTIFICATION  (IN ENGLISH) Overview   Facilitation skill is the core of leadership, stakeholder engagement, participant involvement, problem solving and strategic planning. A facilitator uses processes and tools to manage the meeting effectively and deliver outcomes in time. Managers leading teams use facilitation skill in staff meetings, project briefs, review meetings and innovation initiatives. International Association of Facilitators (IAF)* is a certification body, having defined the core skill and competencies of a facilitator. They offer assessment sessions all over the world (in English) for facilitator candidates. The successful candidates are offered the Certified Professional Facilitator Certificate.
