POSITIVE CHANGE CONVERSATION Overview   An employee joins a company with great enthusiasm, but later leaves her manager with disappointment. What do employees expect from managers? Surveys and studies show that employees expect their manager to value them, appreciate them, and to communicate with them clearly.  They also expect their managers to set the standards for performance and to provide meaningful feedback as needed.  In addition, they expect their managers to review their performance and to reward them for the results. In this workshop, you will learn the skills to engage in positive conversations with your team members regular basis.  You will also learn about positive mindset and the conversation approaches you need to become an excellent manager.
